Services are provided on a private pay basis. Medicaid-waiver services will be available upon state of Florida approval of our application, which is anticipated in autumn 2007.
Respite Services
- Hourly fee, minimum of four hours of service monthly
- Additional fees apply for overnight or extended respite care
Supportive Living Services
- Hourly fee, minimum of 30 minutes of service monthly
Case Management Services
- Hourly fee, minimum of 30 minutes and maximum of four hours of service monthly
