Our supported living services assist developmentally disabled adults who live on their own or with roommates as well as those who could live independently.
The first step is an in-home assessment. We use the information gathered to develop a support program that will reinforce success, expand skills and ensure the ongoing support needed to maintain an active and fulfilling lifestyle.
Working with the individuals and their families, we can help prepare developmentally disabled adults to
- Live independently
- Find appropriate housing
When living alone or with roommates, we help with activities such as:
- Meal planning and grocery shopping
- Budgeting
- Assuring housekeeping is appropriate
- Enhancing social skills with roommates
